Privacy Policy

When you place an order or send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and the contents of your message. For custom orders we also hold the artwork files you upload and the mockups we produce from them.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment gateway. Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank credentials are entered on their systems and never reach ours. We see only whether a payment succeeded, the amount, and a reference number.

Your details are used to produce your order, deliver it, answer your questions and resolve problems. We contact you on WhatsApp and by email about mockup approvals, dispatch, tracking and anything that needs a decision from you.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something. If we ever run promotional messaging it will be opt-in, and every message will carry a way to stop it.

Artwork you upload is used to produce your order and nothing else. We do not resell it, print it for other customers or publish it. We may keep a copy of production files so that a repeat order can be run without you re-sending everything — tell us if you would rather we deleted them after production and we will.

We share your name, address and phone number with the courier delivering your order, because they cannot deliver without it. We share payment references with our payment gateway and, where legally required, with tax authorities.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to advertisers, data brokers or any other third party.

This site uses cookies and similar local storage to keep your cart and your in-progress customiser design between visits, and to understand in aggregate which pages people use. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the cart and the customiser will stop remembering your work if you do.

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Enquiry messages and artwork files are kept only as long as they are useful for supporting you.

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email contact@uppercircuit.co.in. We act on deletion requests within 30 days, except for records we are legally obliged to retain, and we will tell you if that applies.
