Upper Circuit is a t-shirt manufacturer in Anna Nagar, Chennai. We cut, stitch, print and pack every piece ourselves. That means one order of a single custom tee and a thousand-piece corporate run go through the same machines, the same press and the same checks.

On an Indian stock exchange, every scrip has a price band. The upper circuit is the ceiling — the most a stock is allowed to gain in a single session. Hit it and trading stops. There is nothing above it that day.
We took the name because it describes a limit rather than a promise. A garment has a ceiling too: the best that a given fabric, pattern and print can be. Most of what we do is closing the gap to that ceiling — heavier cotton than the price suggests, patterns cut per silhouette, prints cured properly instead of quickly.
Limit up, every drop. That is the whole idea.

How a tee
gets made
Four stages, all of them in the same building. Nothing is outsourced, which is why we can change a print size on a Tuesday and still ship that week.
01
Design
You send artwork or a brief and we set it up for print — colour separation, placement, print size. You approve a mockup on the actual garment before anything is cut. Revisions at this stage are free and expected.

Cut & stitch
Fabric is cut to our own patterns and stitched on the floor upstairs. Oversized, drop shoulder, crop and cord sets each have their own block, so a size L oversized is not just a bigger regular tee.

Print & cure
Screen print for volume, DTF for photographic and small runs. Every print goes through the heat tunnel to cure properly — that curing step is what stops a print cracking after four washes.

QC & ship
Each piece is checked for print registration, stitch faults and measurements against the size chart. Rejects go back, not into the box. Then it's folded, tagged, packed and handed to the courier with tracking.

Company merch, college fests, event crews, studio uniforms and retail labels. Minimum order is 25 pieces per design. You can mix sizes and colours freely inside that count.
Custom neck labels, printed care tags and your own hangtags are available on bulk runs, so nothing in the finished garment points back at us. Send a spec and we’ll quote against it rather than pushing you into a package.
Bulk turnaround is 7 to 12 working days from artwork approval and advance. Tight deadline? Say so in the first message and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s possible.
